The booking fee is an upfront deposit that is required before your first appointment.  It will be refunded at (or after) your last session. In the event of late-notice cancellations (less than two working days notice) or failure to attend a booked appointment, the booking fee will be deemed as lost and will need to be repaid.

In the event of 2 missed appointments in a row without advance notification, you will be required to pay for any new appointment in advance, as well as a new booking fee.

While we appreciate as much notice as you are able to give, as long as Kid’s Matters is given at least two working days notice, an appointment can be moved or cancelled without loss of the booking fee.

 We are a recognised provider with most health funds.

    • Cheques should be made out to: Kids Matters Occupational Therapy.
  • Internet Banking
    • Is available. Please contact us if you wish to pay by internet banking, and we can give you the details.
    • Always email us when you have made a payment to let us know.
